What is a gratitude challenge?
Gratitude challenges are all the buzz around Thanksgiving, but it is an appropriate and much-needed year-round boost that we all need. A gratitude challenge is all about acting with intent and reminding yourself of all the beautiful things that surround you every day.
Here at I Love Your Laugh, we are all about celebrating in life’s little things. Too often, we can get wrapped up in the day to day that we miss what makes life truly beautiful! This gratitude challenge is sure to remind you of all the wonderful gifts the Universe has provided you in your life.
In this gratitude challenge, we will provide you with daily ideas or scripts to prompt you to think of something or someone that has impacted your life. It is a lesson that will take you back in time, to a happy place, or to a time of turmoil that you had to overcome an obstacle that made you a better person.
You see, life is not all rainbows and butterflies. Actively practicing gratitude teaches you to be thankful for both the good and the bad.
What do I need to make my gratitude challenge successful?
The I Love Your Laugh 30 Day Gratitude Challenge includes everything that you need to be successful:

All you have to do is make the time. We highly recommend that you fit this process into your morning or your night routines. The choice is yours.
In our house, I am the morning person, while Rob is the night owl.
I enjoy an hour or two every morning to get my thoughts in order before I hit the ground running.
Rob, on the other hand, loves his snooze button and requires no time to get into alignment before he starts his day.
There is not a right way or a wrong way!

Day 1: a childhood relationship
We all have relationships that have served as the foundation of who we are. On day one, you will celebrate the life-changing relationship that helped make you who you are today.
Were they a friend or a foe? The beauty of life is that friends and foes can positively impact you with time.
Learn to be thankful for what you already have, while you pursue all that you want.

Adversity has such a bad wrap. Day two is the time to focus on a challenge you overcame. Think back to some of the most difficult times in your life and grab onto that take-away that made your life better.
